The Target Dial Insights tool is a special report under your Insights tab. The Target Dial Insights screen shows an overview of how many dials, no answers, busy, error, and connected calls each target and ring tree target had during the time range you select. You can select the time range, time zone and export this table as a CSV.
How to Access the Target Dial Insights
To find the Target Dial Insights, expand the Insights option on the left navigation bar. Click the Target Dial Insights option.
The Target Dial Insights screen appears:
Use the drop-down menus at the top of the screen to set the time zone and the date range for the report. You can also click the Export CSV button to download a spreadsheet of the information on the screen to your browser's downloads folder.
Target Dial Insight Sections
The Target Dial Insights screen contains a row for all the targets and ring tree targets and columns with the counts of the following events over the time range you selected:
- Target Dialed
- No Answer
- Busy Call
- Error
- Connected
The Target Dialed, No Answer, Busy Call, and Errors columns can contain multiple counts of the same call. For example, if the target was dialed multiple times for the same call, the Target Dialed column includes a count for each time it was dialed. The same logic applies to the No Answer, Busy Call, and Errors columns: if one call attempted the target and got a busy signal three times, the number in the Busy Call column includes 3 counts for that call.
Connected is the only column where the number in the column matches a number of calls to the target. For example, if you see a 10 in a target's Connected column, you know that means there were 10 calls connected to that target.
