The reporting panel is part of the Reporting screen. It appears at the very top of the screen, above the filters. You use the tools in this part of the screen to configure which data you want to include in the report. You can also save your configuration as a custom report and initiate a tour of the features of the Reporting screen.

Parts of the Reporting Panel
The following sections offer an explanation of the tools and controls you find in the reporting panel.
Save Custom Report
The first field on the reporting panel is the field you use to save your configuration as a custom report. When you have configured the rest of the tools in the reporting panel to contain the data you want, enter a title in this field and click Save. Your custom report appears as an option on the Reporting tab in the left navigation.
See Custom Reports for more information.

The first field you see after the Save button is a drop-down menu that defaults to Admin. You can select a value in this drop-down menu to see what the reporting would look like for a specific user:
- Admin: View the report as an Administrator.
- Publishers: View the report as the Publisher user you select.
- Buyers: View the report as a the Buyer user you select.

Refresh Report
The next control after the Date Picker is a switch to configure how to refresh the report. Select the Auto Refresh button to let Ringba refresh the data automatically. Click the cycle icon to the right of that button to manually refresh the current report.
Filters
The filters appear just below the other tools in the Reporting Panel. Here you can add, edit or remove reporting filters from the reporting configuration to view and to include in your custom reports. See Reporting Filters for more information.
Reporting Panel FAQ and Troubleshooting
Why do I see a rate limit error when I load the Reporting screen?
The Reporting Panel is subject to a rate limit of 5 calls/second or 80 calls/minute. This limit applies to all users in your account, across this screen and the related API calls. For example, you could have five admin users loading the Reporting screen at the same time, but if a Get Logs API request came in during the same second, it would fail.
If you exceed the rate limit, the system returns an error message similar to this:
The message (Your account has been rate limited at the '[time]' for the resource '[resource name]') specifies whether you exceeded the per-second or per-minute limit. It also includes the name of the resource you requested too many times.
