The Summary report is the table in the middle of the Reporting screen. It groups and aggregates statistical information into easy-to-read totals and summary formatting. This report is useful for drilling deeper into the causes of conversions and which segments of callers are the most profitable for your business.
By default, the Summary report is sorted by the number of incoming calls and to provide a general overview of relevant information pertaining to the calls in the report. It includes the most popular filters, and a drop down menu for selecting reporting tags.
On top of the table you see tabs that represent different groupings. The tab become highlighted with blue when you click it. The default tab is Campaign, but you can click any tab to view a different grouping.
Grouping Options
The tabs on the Summary table summarize the data based on attribute values. When you choose a tab, the table pivots to include a separate row for each value in the attribute. The columns in each row summarize all the calls with the same attribute value.
For example, the campaign a call came in for is captured in the call's campaign attribute. If you had calls come in for three campaigns, A, B, and C, you would see three rows in the Campaigns tab. The columns in the A row would summarize all the calls from campaign A, while the columns in the B and C row would summarize all the calls from campaigns B and C, respectively.
You can choose any of the following tabs to group your summary information:
- Campaign: Groups data by campaign
- Publisher: Groups data by publisher
- Pool: Groups data by number pool
- Dialed #: Groups data by inbound user dialed phone number
- Duplicate: Groups data by whether the call is a duplicate call
- Target Name: Groups data by target
- Date: Groups data by date
- Tag: Groups data by reporting tag
Reporting Tags let you group and sort by data you capture about the call. Drilling deeper into the causes of conversions and which segments of users are the most profitable for your business.
Note: If a reporting tag has one or more spaces as the value, orange dashes appear to differentiate the level from -no value- and to make the number of spaces visible to you. These dashes do not appear in the CSV export.
