Yes! Carrier name is one of the data points available from Ringba's Instant Caller Profile (ICP) feature that you can enable on your real-time bidding (RTB) campaign or add to your call flow.
When a call arrives in your campaign, ICP uses the caller ID to pull all the available data from our large, consistently updated repository and attaches the data to the call as tags. The [InboundNumber:Telco] tag contains the carrier name.
Similarly, the [InboundNumber:Number Type] field contains the number type: landline, VOIP, or wireless. In fact, ICP can retrieve over 100 data points based on the caller ID about the following categories and more:
- Address
- Automotive
- Demographics
- Finances
- Identity
- Phone number
- Mortgage
- Property
You can see the tags for a call on your Reporting screen. Expand the call in the Call Details report and click the Tags tab.
You can find a list of all the tags ICP can return in the Instant Caller Profile Tag Dictionary. Contact your Account Manager to enable Instant Caller Profile for your account.
