You cannot request Instant Caller Profile (ICP) data directly for arbitrary phone numbers or past calls.
However, as long as ICP was enabled when the call arrived, you can access that data later. When you enable ICP in your RTB campaigns or in your call flows, Ringba automatically appends the ICP data as tags to each call record. You can retrieve this enriched call data by exporting call details through Ringba Reporting or by using the Call Logs API endpoint.
Note: There are rate limits for both methods.
To see which data points ICP provides, see the Instant Caller Profile Tag Dictionary. For example, tags like [Demographics:Veteran in Home] and [Demographics:Veteran Disabled] indicate veteran-related information if available.
Note: Some caller IDs do not contain data for every data point.
If you need to automate access, use the Call Logs API to fetch call records, which include any ICP-enriched tags for those calls. For more details on API usage, visit the Ringba API documentation. If you require additional or custom data points not currently listed in ICP, contact your account manager or support team to discuss options.
