[Address:Apartment or Suite Number]
An address element in the delivery address line that indicates number of an apartment, office, suite, or some other division (e.g., 102 MAIN ST STE 202).
VARCHAR. Max 8 characters. Can contain numbers, letters, and characters.
[Address:Carrier Route]
Carrier Route Code, a code used by postal worker to direct mail.
VARCHAR. Max 4 characters.
[Address:City]
The city part of the address. City names longer than 28 characters are abbreviated.
VARCHAR. Max 28 characters.
[Address:FIPS State]
Federal Information Processing System (FIPS) Codes for States and Counties. FIPS codes are numbers that uniquely identify geographic areas. This field contains the two-digit state code. For example, the value 01 corresponds to ALABAMA.
VARCHAR. Max 2 characters.
[Address:FIPS County]
Federal Information Processing System (FIPS) Codes for States and Counties. FIPS codes are numbers which uniquely identify geographic areas. This field contains the three-digit county code, e.g. Code 003 corresponds to Baldwin County.
VARCHAR. Max 3 characters.
[Address:Delivery Point Code]
Delivery Point Code with Check Digit. While a mailing address can have multiple delivery points (like different offices in an office building) the Delivery Point Code identifies a single mailbox or other place to deliver mail.

[Address:Delivery Validation]
Delivery Point Validation (DPV) Code. A DVP code indicates whether an address is confirmed as being used by the U.S. Postal Service. This tag can contain the following values:
- Y: Address DPV confirmed for both primary and (if present) secondary numbers
- D: Address DPV confirmed for the primary number only, and secondary number information was missing
- S: Address DPV confirmed for the primary number only, and secondary number information was present but unconfirmed
- N: Both Primary and (if present) Secondary number information failed to DPV Confirm
[Address:House Type]
An address element in the delivery address line that indicates an apartment, office, suite, or some other division. For example, 102 MAIN ST STE 202.

[Address:Prefix]
An address element that indicates geographic location, such as N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, and SW, that is placed to the left of (before) the street name (for example, E HOOVER ST).

[Address:State]
The state part of the address. This is a two-character state abbreviation.

[Address:Street Name]
The street part of the address.
VARCHAR. Max 28 characters. Street names can contain words or numbers.
[Address:Street Number]
The physical street number of the house on the street.
VARCHAR. Max 10 characters. Street number can contains numbers, letters, and characters.
[Address:Street Type]
An address element that qualifies the street name by type of street such as AVE (avenue), DR (drive), or RD (road). Sometimes a street may have a double suffix such as AVENUE DR.

An address element that indicates geographic location such as N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, and SW that is placed to the right of (after) the street name or street name suffix (for example, BAY DR W).

The USPS Zip+4 record type. Valid values:
- F: Firm or company address
- G: General delivery address
- H: High-rise or business complex

ICP may return tags for up to four vehicles. The number in the tag name can be 1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on whether the information is about the first, second, third, or fourth vehicle.

This tag contains Y if there are likely children under the age of 18 in the caller's household.

[Demographics:Dwelling Type]
The code to indicate whether the structure at the address is a single-family dwelling or a multi-family dwelling. Valid values:
- S: Single-family dwelling
- M: Multi-family dwelling
[Demographics:Education Level]
The code to indicate the caller's level of education based on self-reported information and surveys. Valid values:
- A: Completed high school
- B: Completed college
- C: Completed graduate school
- D: Attended vocational/technical
- E: Some high school

[Demographics:Gender]
The gender of the caller based on self-reporting, public information sources, or name. Valid values:

[Demographics:Home Market Value]
A code to indicate a $25,000 increment that contains the caller's home's market value. This tag contains a letter value A-S:

[Demographics:Length of Residence]
The number of years the caller has likely been located in the residence.
INTEGER. Max characters 2. This tag contains a number 00-15, with 15 indicating 15 or more years.
[Demographics:Number of Children]
A code to indicate a range of numbers of children that contains the number of children the caller has. Valid values:
- A: 0 children
- B: 1-2 children
- C: 3-5 children
- D: 6 or more children
[Demographics:Rent or Own]
A code to indicate whether the caller owns or rents their home and the confidence in the data. Valid values:
- H: The caller the homeowner based on property records.
- R: The caller is a renter because the home is known not to be occupied by its owner.
- O: The caller is probably the homeowner based on other kinds of data.
- P: The caller is probably a render based on other kinds of data.

[Demographics:Senior Citizen in Home]
This tag contains Y if there are likely people over the age of 65 in the caller's household.

A code to indicate the caller's marital status. Valid values:

[Demographics:Single Parent]

This tag contains Y if the caller has qualified for a disabled veteran exemption.

A code to indicate the air conditioning method of the property.

The square footage of the building under a roof. This number including living space and non-living space.

The size of the building in square feet.

The square footage that most accurately represents the building for assessments and comparables.

[Property Construction:Effective Year Built]
The first year the building was assessed with its current components. For example, a building originally constructed in 1960 and a bedroom and bath were added in 1974. The [Property Construction:Year Built] would be 1960 and the this tag would be 1974.

[Property Construction:Electricity Type]
A code to indicate the type of electricity or energy use within the building. Some examples include Average Wiring, Underground Wired, and Private Source.

A code to indicate the type of floor construction. Some examples include Concrete and Plywood.

A code to indicate the type of foundation. Some examples include Continuous Footing, Pier, and Mud Sill.

Type of garage or carport. Some examples include Attached Finished, Enclosed Carport, and Basement Garage.

Area of a building that is used for general living. This is typically the area of a building that is heated or air conditioned and does not include Garage, Porch or Basement square footage.

Total number of Bathrooms in on the property.

Total number of bedrooms contained in the primary building.
