Routing controls how Ringba's intelligent call engine manages call flows. There are two primary types of Call Routing: Automated Routing, and IVR Routing.
Automated Routing
Automated Routing creates a Routing Plan and sends calls to Targets & Groups using Priority and Weight to decide where the call should go. Configuration settings for Targets and Groups include scheduling, capping and concurrency rules and advanced Tag Routing Filters.
IVR Routing
IVR Routing sends callers to an IVR Tree that uses nodes and prompts to forward calls to a Routing Plan at the IVR-level. IVR Routing includes all the same features as Automated Routing but with greater flexibility and control over your call traffic and the caller experience.
