Settings is where you configure your Ringba account settings to help you get the most out of your Ringba experience. You can find the Settings tab near the bottom of the navigation menu.

Account Details
Account Details is where you enter information about your own organization, such as your company name, address, and time zone. Select Settings > Account Details from the navigation menu to open the Edit Account screen.
Account Settings
Choose the Account Settings option to find settings and configurations for managing your Ringba account. Click Settings > Account Settings from the navigation menu to open the Manage Account Settings screen. See Account Settings for a thorough discussion of this screen.
Predictive Routing
Choose Predictive Routing to set up predictive routing configurations you can use across multiple campaigns, buyers, and targets. Click Settings > Predictive Routing from the navigation menu to open the Predictive Routing screen. See Predictive Routing for step-by-step instruction on creating predictive routing configurations.
Manage Addresses
Choose Manage Addresses to add and manage address to your Ringba account. Click Settings > Manage Addresses from the navigation menu to open the Manage Addresses screen.
Manage Users
Choose Manage Users to create and manage user accounts. You create users for people who you want to have access to some or all of the features and information in your Ringba account, such as employees, publishers, and buyers. Click Settings > Manage Users from the navigation menu to open the Manage Users screen.

Manage User Groups
Choose Manage User Groups to create a group of publishers or buyers who all have the same access to reporting data in your account. You select a user to be the Group Manager when you set up a user group.
Click Settings > Manage User Groups from the navigation menu to open the Manage User Groups screen. See User Groups for step-by-step instructions for creating user groups.
Billing Settings
Choose Billing Settings to see:
- Your current Ringba Plan. You can review the current pricing for the plan as well.
- Your current Account Balance. You can add funds to your account here.
- Your Recharge Settings. If you toggle on the Auto Recharge switch, the system can automatically refill your balance falls below a certain threshold. This setting helps you avoid service interruptions.
- Your Credit Cards on file in your Ringba account. You can add new credit cards here.
- Your Transaction History, including the date, description, amount, and payment method. You can download your invoices here.
- Your Monthly Billing information. You can download the invoice for each billing period here.

Profile
Choose Profile to update your profile information and manage your password. Click Settings > Profile from the navigation menu to open the Profile page.
White Label Settings
Click Settings > White Label Settings from the navigation menu to open the White Label Settings page. Here you configure how your Ringba account looks when your users log in. You can choose your URL and create a custom branded portal using the White Label Theme editor.

Publisher Registration
Choose Publisher Registration to set up a registration page where publishers can apply to join your account. Click Settings > Publisher Registration from the navigation menu to open the Publisher Registration page.
Buyer Registration
Choose Buyer Registration to set up a registration page where buyers can apply to join your account. Click Settings > Buyer Registration from the navigation menu to open the Buyer Registration page.
Bulk Tags
Choose Bulk Tags to manage the bulk tags files you have uploaded in other parts of the application. On this screen, you can see where the bulk tag files are used, download them, and delete them. Click Settings > Bulk Tags from the navigation menu to open the Bulk Tags page. See Bulk Tags for more information.
