Publisher Registration
You use the publisher registration tool to customize a simple web form like the following:
Once you set up the form, you can publish a link to the form or send the URL directly to publishers you want to work with. When someone from the publisher's company follows the link and completes the form, Ringba uses the information from the form to complete the following tasks automatically:
- Create a publisher to represent the company
- Sends the person an invitation to access your Ringba account as a publisher user
If a new publisher who submits the form is not already a Ringba user, Ringba automatically sends them an invitation link email, just an new user you invite to your account. Once the publisher accepts the invitation, you receive a notification inn Ringba saying a publisher has been registered.
Note: When a publisher user signs in to your account, they can access information only about campaigns that include their publisher. Until you assign the publisher to a campaign, the publisher user account cannot access any information.

Publisher Registration FAQ
Can I enter HTML markup in the Introduction and Terms and Conditions Text fields?
No, you must enter plain text in the Introduction and Terms and Conditions Text fields. The form automatically formats the plain text you enter to match the form.
Does Ringba alert me when a new publisher completes the form?
If a person who is not already a Ringba user completes your form, Ringba sends them an email invitation. When they accept the invitation, you receive both an email and an in-app notification when a new publisher joins your account.
Is the publisher registration feature related to the offers feature?
No. The offers feature lets publishers apply to be part of a campaign. Completing the publisher registration form does not add the publisher to any campaigns.
