You enter your password when you log into the Ringba Portal.
Note: If you enter an incorrect password three times, you must wait 15 minutes before you can try again.
To protect your account, you should also enable multi-factor authentication for your account.
Update Your Password
To update your Ringba password from inside the portal:
- Navigate to Profile under Settings.
- Go to Change Password and update your Password Settings.
- Click Change Password to activate your new account password.
Reset Your Password
To reset your Ringba password from the Login page:
- Go to the Login page: https://app.ringba.com
- Click Reset Password.
- Enter your Login Email and click Reset.
You will receive an email with instructions for completing the password reset process.
