Access your account settings to create the default configuration for your account. The settings you create here may be available to override by campaign, target, buyer or at another level.
Click Settings > Account Settings from the navigation menu to open the Manage Account Settings screen.
This screen contains the following setting options:
- Publisher Access to Recordings switch: Toggle this switch on to give your publishers access to your call recordings.

Block Calls After Payout Cap Is Reached switch: Toggle this switch on to block incoming calls from a publisher the publisher has reached the payout cap.
Important: This settings blocks calls based on the publisher's specific cap. It does not consider any campaign-level payout caps. - Reporting User Can View As switch: Toggle this switch on to let reporting users view the reporting data as other user roles. See the Report-Only section of the Manage Invitations for Users article for more information about reporting users.
- TCPA Shield: Toggle this switch on to block inbound calls from known TCPA plaintiffs, litigators, and settlement seekers. See TCPA Shield by Ringba for more information about this feature.
- Play TCPA Warning on Blocked Call: Toggle this switch on to play a "This call has been blocked" recording to callers who are blocked by TCPA Shield. If you toggle this switch off, the call drops silently with no warning to the caller.
- Use Legacy Duplicate Routing switch: Toggle this switch on to enable legacy duplicate routing.
- Require Pubs to Expose Caller Id switch: Toggle this switch on to require that publishers provide caller ID with the calls they send. If this switch is on and the publisher sends the call without the caller ID, the call is rejected.
- Expose RTB Bid Tags: Toggle this switch on to make RTB bid tags visible in your account. See Real-Time Bidding Setup Guide for more information.
- Require Stir/Shaken Attestation switch: If you toggle this switch on, Ringba blocks calls that are not compliant with the required stir/shaken attestation level. This setting applies only to calls that have a valid stir/shaken attestation. See What is Stir/Shaken Attestation? for more information.
- Required attestation level: If you require stir/shaken attestation, this option appears so you can configure your minimum attestation requirement. You can choose to allow calls with A attestation, calls with A/B attestation, or calls with A/B/C attestation.
- Allow Buyers to See Selected Tags switch: Toggle this switch on to let all buyer users in your account to seethe tags you select on the Reporting screen.
- Allowed Tags in Buyers View: If you enable buyers to see selected tags, you select which tags you allow the buyers to see in this field.
- Jornaya Settings switch: Toggle this switch on to have Ringba check the Lead ID with Jornaya to verify its authenticity. If required, Ringba does not return a bid unless a Lead ID is provided and is authenticated. - Trusted Forms Settings switch: Toggle this switch on to show the fields you need to populate to enable the integration with Trusted Form's API. See Trusted Form - RTB Integration for more information on this switch and the fields that appear if you toggle the switch on.
