Access your account settings to create the default configuration for your account. The settings you create here may be available to override by campaign, target, buyer or at another level.
Click Settings > Account Settings from the navigation menu to open the Manage Account Settings screen.
This screen contains the following setting options.

- TCPA Shield: Toggle this switch on to block inbound calls from known TCPA plaintiffs, litigators, and settlement seekers.
- Play TCPA Warning on Blocked Call: Toggle this switch on to play a "This call has been blocked" recording to callers who are blocked by TCPA Shield. If you toggle this switch off, the call drops silently with no warning to the caller.

This setting applies only to calls that have a valid stir/shaken attestation. See What is Stir/Shaken Attestation? for more information.
