Very rarely, you might encounter a blocked call with a Reason of Recursive Call Route.
This is an uncommon error, and not cause for concern if it happens occasionally. The call reached an unusual internal transfer threshold and was terminated to safeguard our systems.
If Ringba blocks a call for this reason, the call is reflected in the Blocked count on the Summary report. You can filter. You can use the Tags - Call Info - Blocked Reason filter on the Reporting page to see calls like this.
