Ringba’s Instant Caller Profile is a powerful tool that will give you a wealth of information and data about your caller. Data enrichment gives you the ability to make data driven routing and pricing decisions, enhance call center performance, improve buyer return on investment, drive up your conversion rate, create retargeting audiences, and add additional revenue through the sale of your caller data. All before the caller hears the first ring.
The Profile node is used to pull a data enriched information about your caller with Ringba's Instant Caller Profile.
Important: This feature has an extra cost; contact your Account Manager to enable Instant Caller Profile for your Ringba account.
- Node Name: A label that will be populated on top of the node with the selected name. This information will be available in the call reporting.
After the caller profile has been enriched, you can choose what should happen to caller based on success or failure of the data pull. In this example below, if the data pull was successful, the target is dialed and on failure, the call is terminated.
