You might notice a target was ineligible for a call due for the reason Ineligible due to Route to Different rules. The following image shows an example in reporting:
This message appears when 1) a call comes in from a caller ID that previously connected to a target through this campaign, and 2) you have set two fields on your campaign as follows:
- Route Previously Connected Calls is set to To Different: This setting tells Ringba that when any call comes in from a caller ID that previously connected to a target, to send those calls to a different target than the one it connected to originally
- Strict switch is toggled on: This setting tells Ringba to strictly follow the rule you set in the previous field, even if it results in dropping the call.
The Reporting screen does not have a specific filter to return all calls that were dropped due to these settings. However, if you want to monitor how these settings affect your performance, you can get an approximation by setting the following filters:
- Tags - Call Info - Is Duplicate equals single value true
- Filters - Ring Tree - Ring Tree Failures greater than 0
- Filters - Performance - Previously Connected equals single value yes
- Filters - Call - End Call Source equals single value system
