Add Your Numbers
After you've logged in to Ringba, the first thing you should do is add one or more tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are phone numbers that you include (or your publisher includes) on ads. A potential customer calls or clicks-to-call your number to start on the path through Ringba.
In your Ringba account, you can rent toll-free and local phone numbers all over the world. This lets you track and monitor your call campaigns with real-time precision analytics and attribute traffic sources, keywords, and other data to your calls.
Note: To complete this process, you must have a valid credit card on file that has been approved by your Ringba Account Manager.
You create tracking numbers by navigating to Numbers > Manage Numbers and then clicking the Create Number button. See Tracking Numbers for step-by-step instructions.

Create Your Publishers
A publisher is a partner that sends calls to your campaigns. This may be a website owner, advertising network, affiliate marketer, call center, or anyone else that has calls to sell.
You create a publisher in your Ringba account for each publisher partner you work with. Ringba uses this information to keep track of who sent which calls so that you can evaluate what’s working and so you can pay your publishers what they’ve earned.
If you are a publisher, you still set up a publisher in your Ringba account for yourself.
You add publishers by navigating to the Publishers menu and then clicking the Add Publisher button. See Publishers for step-by-step instructions.
What's next: Later in this article, you assign the publisher to a campaign. Now that you have created the publisher, you can also go back to your tracking number and assign the publisher to it. Navigate to Numbers > Manage numbers and click the + icon in the Publisher column (see Managing Tracking Numbers). You can also invite publisher users to manage their account and view reporting.
Define Your Buyers and Targets
A target is a phone number or SIP address where you send a call to be answered. This could be a local business, pay-per-call network, call center, or anyone else who wants to buy calls. A buyer is a partner that buys the calls you send to targets.
You define buyers by navigating to Targets > Manage Buyers and clicking the Create Buyer button. See Buyers for step-by-step instructions.
You create targets by navigating to Targets > Manage Targets and clicking the Create Target button. See Targets for step-by-step instructions.
Create Your Campaign
Now that you have created the component parts you need, you get to do something really exciting: create your campaign. Campaigns control every aspect of every call that you route through Ringba.
As part of creating a campaign, you accomplish these goals:
- Assign publishers to your campaign
- Assign payouts
- Associate buyers and targets to the campaign
- Configure conversions and revenue
You create your campaign by navigating to Campaigns and clicking the Create Campaign button. See Campaigns for step-by-step instructions.
Watch Your Results
Congratulations! You're now part of the pay-per-call market. Now that calls are coming in, you’ll want to track your progress so you can see what’s working and where you can optimize your operation.
You can monitor your campaign's progress using the Reporting and Insights tools.
Optimize Your Processes
Once you have the basics under control, you can start improving your processes by implementing some of our more advanced features. Here are a few ideas for opportunities to pursue next:
