Some users have access to multiple Ringba accounts. For example, a publisher user might have relationships with multiple brokers and so have a publisher user in each of their accounts.

If you have used the same email address for your user in multiple Ringba accounts, you can log in to Ringba and then switch to whichever account you need to visit. 

Switching Accounts

The account switcher appears in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click the person icon above the company name. The account you are currently using appears first, followed by categories based on your user type in the account.  

Click the down arrow next to a category name to show a list of accounts you have access to. For example, to find an account where you are a buyer user, click the down arrow next to Buyer Accounts. Then you can click the name of the account to switch to it.

Getting Access to an Account

If you have a relationship with a company that already has a Ringba account, an admin of that company can invite you as a user. Ringba accounts can have admin users (which includes report-access users who have read-only access to reports), publisher users, and buyer users. Contact an admin of the account to request an invitation.

Tip: You must use the same email address for users in multiple accounts to be able to use the account switcher.
