Welcome to Ringba! This article describes how to sign into your Ringba account.

Signing into Ringba

Note: If your account is white-labeled, you have a different URL to sign into your account. Talk to your local administrator for more information.

If this is the first time you're signing into Ringba and you received an email invitation, click the link in that email and follow the steps. If you did not receive an email, or if this is not your first time signing in, use the following steps to sign into Ringba:

  1. Go to https://app.ringba.com/#/login

    Tip: You can also click the Login link from the top of the page on https://www.ringba.com.
     
  2. Enter your Email Address. 
    Tip: Make sure to use the same email address you used to sign up for your account.
     
  3. Enter your Password and click the Login button.
    Tip: If you enter the wrong password, a message appears to tell you the user name or password is incorrect. You can try again. If you enter the wrong password three times, you will not be able to attempt to sign in again for 15 minutes

    The Multi-Factor Authentication screen appears.

  4. Open the MFA application on your phone and enter the MFA code from the app in the field. 
    Tip: See Multi-Factor Authentication for more information about MFA.
  5. Optionally, you can select the Remember this device check box. If you select this option, Ringba does not prompt you for the MFA code for the next 30 days unless you reset your password or you go to the Login Security page and sign out of all devices.
  6. Click Verify.
    Success! The Ringba Dashboard appears.
