The dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in to your Ringba account. You can navigate to the dashboard from anywhere in the portal by clicking Dashboard in the left navigation bar.
You can set a date range for the data you want to look at, then click the tiles at the top of the screen to display a lot of useful information about your account:
- See data on Business indicators, including top and bottom performers
- Review data about Calls, such as connection rate, conversion rate, and call volume over time
- Find at-a-glance Bids info, like inbound and outbound bid performance
- Keep tabs on your Operations with data on Number Pools, blocked call breakdowns, and revenue recovery performance
This dashboard is available to admin users. It is included in all Ringba subscription plans: Business, Professional, and Enterprise.
This article contains the following sections:
Date Range
At the top of the screen, you can set the time zone and date range for the information in the dashboard.
The date range you choose determines what data appear in the dashboard, and the dashboard adjusts how the graphs appear to best fit the date range you choose. For example, if you choose a date range that is less than 2 hours long, the graphs show the data per minute. On the other hand, if you choose a date range that is more than 8 weeks long, the graphs show the data per month. The maximum date range is 12 months.
Note: Hourly data is available only for the last 15 days. That means that if you choose a date range that is less than two days long and starts more than 15 days ago, no data appears.
The Bids View and Operations View have special limitations on the dates that you can include. See those sections later in this article for details.
Business View
Click the Business tile near the top of the screen to show data about how your business is performing financially.
This view contains four sections of financial information, as described below.
Financial Performance over Time
This graph shows your Revenue, Payouts, and Profit for each unit of time over the date range you selected.
Revenue by Campaign
This section contains two lists: your top five campaigns for generating revenue on calls during your date range and your bottom five campaigns.
The number 1 campaign in your Top 5 list generated the most revenue of all your campaigns on calls during the date range. The number 1 campaign in your Bottom 5 list generated the least revenue of all your campaigns.
Revenue by Target
This section contains two lists: your top five targets for generating revenue on calls during your date range and your bottom five targets.
The number 1 target in your Top 5 list generated the most revenue of all your targets on calls during the date range. The number 1 target in your Bottom 5 list generated the least revenue of all your targets.
Payout by Publisher
This section contains two lists: the five publishers that earned the most, and the five publishers that earned the least.
Calls View
Click the Calls tile near the top of the screen to show data about your calls.
This view contains six at-a-glance numbers and two graphs, as described below.
Calls View: At-a-Glance Numbers
At the top of the Calls Overview you see a small tile for each of these numbers:
- Incoming Calls: The number of calls that entered your Ringba account across all campaigns during the date range you selected.
- Connected Calls: The number of calls that connected to a target across all campaigns during the date range you selected.
- Converted Calls: The number of calls that converted across all campaigns during the date range you selected.
- Connection Rate: The percentage of Incoming Calls that became Connected Calls.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of Connected Calls that became Converted Calls.
- Avg Call Length: The average length of Connected Calls.
Call Volume over Time
This graph shows the number of Incoming, Connected, and Converted calls for each unit of time over the date range you selected.
Target Dial Outcome
This bar graph shows data for each target dialed during the date range you selected. Each target's bar contains different colors to indicate how many calls Connected, were met with a Busy signal, received No Answer, or Failed for technical reasons.
Bids View
Click the Bids tile near the top of the screen to show information both about your inbound and outbound bids. The Inbound Bids sections are about pings your publishers send you. The Outbound Bids sections are about pings you send to your ring tree targets.
Note: The term "outbound bids" refers to pings tied to a call, including the Real Time Bidding (RTB) pings of bids that turned into calls. RTB pings whose bid never became a call aren't included.
This view contains separate sections for Inbound Bids and Outbound Bids:
-
Inbound Bids has six at-a-glance numbers and three sections of graphical bid information.
Note: Only the last 36 days' worth of data is available for inbound bids. -
Outbound Bids has four at-a-glance numbers and two sections of graphical bid information.
Note: Only the last year's worth of data is available for outbound bids. Outbound bid data collection started August 19, 2026, so no data is available before that date.
Inbound Bids: At-a-Glance Numbers
At the top of the Inbound Bids section you see a small tile for each of these numbers:
- Avg Bid Amount: The average bid amount for all the bids you received.
- Avg Bid Amount per Call: The total bid amount for bids that turned into calls divided by the number of bids that turned into call.
- Bids Returned Rate: The percentage of bid requests that received a bid in response.
- Call Rate: The percentage of bids you received that resulted in a call.
- Bids Declined Rate: The percentage of total bid requests that you declined to respond to.
- Rate Limited: The percentage of total bid requests that were rate limited.
Inbound Bids: Breakdown
This graphic illustrates how the number of Total Inbound Bid Requests breaks down into Bids Returned, Bids Not Called, and Bids Called.
The Total Inbound Bid Requests bar is gray and appears at the top. This bar represents all requests, so the numbers below it in the graphic represent requests that are part of this total number.
Immediately below the gray bar you see red text that shows the percentage of the total where no bids were returned. You can add this percentage to the Bids Returned percentage to get to 100 percent because every bid request is either returned or not returned.
At the bottom of the graphic you see the Bids Not Called and Bids Called. These are the two subsets of the Bids Returned number, so you can add them together to get the same number in the blue Bids Returned bar.
Inbound Bids: Bids over Time
This graph shows the number of Bids Returned, Bids Called, and Bids Declined for each unit of time over the date range you selected.
Inbound Bids: Bid Outcomes
This circle graph shows the following categories of bids during the date range you selected:
- Bids Called: The number of bids that resulted in a call.
- Bids Not Called: The number of bids that did not result in a call.
- Bids Declined: The number of times a buyer declined to return a bid.
- Rate Limited: The number of bids that failed because the bidder sent too many bids too fast and was rate limited.
- Duplicate Cached: The number of bids the bidder re-sent before the previous bid expired. Ringba uses the cached version of the bid and declines the duplicate.
Outbound Bids: At-a-Glance Numbers
At the top of the Outbound Bids section you see a small tile for each of these numbers:
- Avg Accepted Bid: The total revenue divided by the number of accepted bids
- Avg Winning Bid: The total winning bids revenue divided by the number of winning bids
- Acceptance Rate: The percentage of total bids that were accepted
- Rejection Rate: The percentage of total bids that were rejected
Outbound Bids: Breakdown
This graphic illustrates how the number of Total Outbound Bid Requests breaks down into Bids Accepted, Connected Calls, and Converted Calls.
The Total Outbound Bid Requests bar is gray and appears at the top. This bar represents all requests, so the numbers below it in the graphic represent requests that are part of this total number.
Immediately below the gray bar you see red text that shows the percentage of the total where the bid request was not accepted. You can add this percentage to the Bids Accepted percentage, in the blue bar, to get 100 because the total bids all have to either be accepted or not accepted.
At the bottom of the graphic you see the Connected Call and Converted Call. The percentage of Connected Calls is the number of connected calls divided by the Total Outbound Bid Requests. Similarly, the percentage of Converted Calls is the number of calls that converted divided by the Total Outbound Bid Requests.
Outbound Bids: Bid Outcomes
This circle graph shows the relative number of bid outcomes for each category. For example, bid outcomes can include things like:
- Bids Accepted
- Bids Rejected
- Bid Requests Timed Out
- Rate Limited
- Bid Requests Errored
- Bids Failed Confirmation Request
Operations View
Click the Operations tile near the top of the screen to show data about how successfully your account is using Number Pools, call blocking, and revenue recovery.
This view contains separate sections for Number Pools, Calls Blocked, and Revenue Recovery.
Number Pools
This graph shows the number of Impressions and Misses for all the Number Pools in your account for each unit of time over the date range you selected.
Note: The smallest unit of time this graph can show is hourly. So, even if you choose a very short date range to include, the data in the Number Pool Performance over Time graph always appears in units of at least one hour.
Calls Blocked
This bar graph shows the number of calls blocked by your account for each unit of time over the date range you selected. Each bar contains different colors to indicate the reasons why the calls were blocked.
Revenue Recovery: At-a-Glance Numbers
At the top of the Revenue Recovery section you see a small tile for each of these numbers:
- Recovered Calls Conversion Rate: The percentage of total calls sent through revenue recovery that converted.
- Original Calls Revenue Amount: The amount of expected revenue from the call if it had converted when connected to the original target.
- Recovered Calls Revenue Amount: The amount of revenue from calls that converted when connected to a revenue recovery target.
Revenue Recovery: Breakdown
This graphic illustrates how the number of Original Calls breaks down into Recovered, Not Converted, and Converted.
The Original Calls bar is gray and appears at the top. This bar represents all calls that entered revenue recovery, so the numbers below it in the graphic represent calls that are part of this total number.
Below the gray bar you see the Recovered blue bar. This number indicates how many calls that entered revenue recovery resulted in revenue.
At the bottom of the graphic you see the Not Converted and Converted bars. The percentage of Not Converted is the number of calls that did not convert divided by the Original Calls. Similarly, the percentage of Converted is the number of calls that converted divided by the Original Calls.
Dashboard FAQ
Why is the dashboard empty for my date range?
If your date range includes dates outside the data available for a view, then the view appears empty. Remember these limitations:
Hourly data is available only for the last 15 days, so if you choose a date range of less than two days that starts more than 15 days ago, nothing appears. Choose a date range of more than two days to see daily data instead.
In the Bids view, inbound bid data is available only for the last 36 days. Outbound bid data is available only for the last year, and not before August 19, 2026, when outbound bid data collection started.
If your date range doesn't run up against these limitations, your account may not have had any activity during the date range you selected.
Why don't my inbound and outbound bid numbers match?
Inbound and outbound bids are measured separately, so their numbers aren't expected to match.
The Inbound Bids sections of this screen are about pings your publishers send to you.
The Outbound Bids sections of this screen are about pings you send to your ring tree targets.
What time zone does the dashboard use?
You set the time zone at the top of the screen, along with the date range. The time zone determines where each day begins and ends, so changing it can change the numbers in your graphs and totals.
