Welcome to Ringba! This article describes how to log into your Ringba account.
Logging into Ringba
Note: If your account is white-labeled, you have a different URL to log into your account. Talk to your local administrator for more information.
If this is the first time you're logging into Ringba and you received an email invitation, click the link in that email and follow the steps. If you did not receive an email, or if this is not your first time logging in, use the following steps to log into Ringba:
- Go to https://app.ringba.com/#/login
Tip: You can also click the Login link from the top of the page on https://www.ringba.com.
- Enter your Email Address.
Tip: Make sure to use the same email address you used to sign up for your account.
- Enter your Password and click the Login button.
If you enter the wrong password, a message appears to tell you the user name or password is incorrect. You can try again. If you enter the wrong password three times, you will not be able to attempt to log in again for 15 minutes.
- If you have enabled multi-factor authentication, next you enter your MFA code and click Verify.
Success! The Ringba Dashboard appears.
