The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in to your Ringba account. You can find a lot of useful information on your Dashboard.
This graphic shows a sample Dashboard with the different sections identified by number. The sections below describe each of the sections.
1. Top Toolbar
The Top Toolbar is not specific to the Dashboard. You can always find it at the top of the screen as you navigate through Ringba. In this section you see:
- The Ringba logo. Click here to return to the Dashboard.
- A button with three lines. Click this to expand or collapse the left-hand navigation menu.
- The number of Live calls your account currently has.
- The number of Completed calls for the day.
- Messages button. Click this to open a panel of system messages. Click the envelope icon at the top of the list to mark all messages as "read."
- Activity button. Click this to open a change log for items in your account.
- News button. Click this to see a list of the most recent changes to Ringba features.
- My Tickets button. Click this button to open the Ringba Support portal and check the status of any support tickets you have open.
2. Left Navigation Toolbar
Like the Top Toolbar, the left navigation toolbar is not specific to the Dashboard, and you can access it from every screen in Ringba. Use this toolbar to access the tools in Ringba:
- Dashboard: Click to return to the Dashboard.
- Reporting: See our Reporting article.
- Insights: See our Insights Overview article.
- Campaigns: See our Campaigns article.
- Publishers: See our Publishers article.
- Targets: From this menu, you access Targets, Groups, and Buyers
- Ring Trees: From this menu, you can access Ring Tree Target Summary, Ring Tree Targets, and Ring Trees
- Call Flows: From this menu, you get to Routing Plans, manage and create Call Flows, and manage media.
- Numbers: From this menu you can manage Numbers, Number Pools, and Blocked Numbers
- TCPA Shield: See our TCPA Shield by Ringba article.
- Tasks: Use this menu to manage your open, pending, and completed tasks.
- Integrations: Use this menu to access tools for URL Parameters, Pixels, Webhooks, Authentications, and Platforms.
- Settings: Use this menu to access tools for Account Details, Account Settings, Predictive Routing, Managing Addresses, Manage Users, User Groups, Billing Settings, your profile, your White Label settings, Register Publishers and Buyers, and manage your Bulk Tags.
- Security: Use this menu to create API access tokens, manage login security, and set up multi-factor authentications.
- Logout: Click here to log out of your Ringba account.
3. Performance Summary Graph
The Performance Summary graph is a highly flexible tool you can use to see whatever information from your Performance Summary table in graphical form. Try clicking numbers from the table below the graph to see them appear. Hover your mouse over points on the graph for more information.
When you have a graph showing what you're interested in, you can use the button with the three lines (on the upper right corner of the graph) to:
- View the graph in full screen mode
- Print the chart
- Download the chart as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, or SVG file
4. Monthly Static Targets Table
This table shows you live calls and concurrency cap status in real-time for the Targets that have converted calls in the current month. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner to show or hide the columns in the table. Use the page tool at the bottom of the table to see more data.
5. Performance Summary Table
In addition to letting you choose which data to include in the Performance Summary Graph, described above, this table also includes lots of useful information about how your account is performing. For each of the last seven days, this table shows:
- Impressions: The number of impressions.
- Incoming: The number of incoming calls.
- Connected: The number of calls that connected.
- No Connect: The number of calls that didn't connect.
- Completed: The number of calls that completed.
- Converted: The number of calls that converted.
- Avg Call Length: The average call length for calls that connected.
- No Targets:
- Busy: The number of attempted calls that encountered a busy signal.
- Blocked: The number of calls from blocked numbers.
- No Answer: The number of attempted calls that encountered a no answer from the target.
- Revenue: The amount of revenue from calls that day.
- Payout: The amount you paid out to publishers that day.
- Number Pool Misses: The number of times all available numbers in your number pool were exhausted so a call had to be sent to the primary number. The ability to track the call is limited when a Number Pool Miss occurs.
- RTB Bids: The total number of real-time bids you sent.
- RTB Winning Bids: The number of real-time bids you won.
- RTB Rejected Requests: The number of times you rejected a RTB bid request.
- RTB Rate-Limited Requests: The number of times you sent another bid for the same call before Ringba had finished processing the previous bid.
- RTB Duplicate Bid Requests: The number of times you publisher sent a duplicate bid request (a request for the same CID and tags you'd already bid on) before the bid had expired. The number of Cached bids does not count toward the number of RTB Rejected Requests.
6. Messages
This section contains a list of your recent system messages. Use the Unread tab to see new messages since you last reviewed them. Use the All tab to review messages you've read before.
7. Top Performers Table
This sections shows a table of information about your top-performing Publishers, Targets, and Campaigns. Change tabs to see the different lists. Use the gear icon in the upper-right corner to control which columns appear. Click a column heading to sort the data by that field.
The Actions column contains icons you can use to Edit the Publisher, Target, or Campaign (depending on what tab you're on) or View Report.
8. System Status
Check the message in this corner for Ringba's system status.
9. Exported Files
If you have exported files while working in Ringba, they appear in this section for you to access later.
