The Real Time Bidding reporting tab provides a variety of data about your bid performance, including:
- RTB data broken down by publisher
- Bid rejections broken down by rejection reason for each publisher
- A function to export reports
- The ability to search for a specific bid or for all bids related to a caller ID
The Real Time Bidding reporting tab is available only to admin users. This feature is included in all Ringba subscription plans: Business, Professional, and Enterprise.

Real Time Bidding Reporting Tab
You navigate to the Real Time Bidding reporting tab by clicking Reporting > Real Time Bidding.

Report Sections
The Real Time Bidding Reporting tab contains four sections.
Export Bids
Use this section to export bids for a single day. Complete the fields and then click Export CSV. Ringba creates a CSV file and downloads it to your browser’s downloads folder.

Search Bids
Use this section to search for a specific bid. You can search by the bid ID or by the caller ID.
If you search by bid ID, Ringba returns just one bid, as you see in the following example:
If you search by caller ID, Ringba might return multiple bids. The search returns bids related to the caller ID over the last 30 days, as you can see in the following example:
Important: Searching by caller ID can only return bids where the caller ID is exposed. Bids might exist that were related to the caller ID, but if the caller ID is not exposed, the search cannot return them.
Regardless of whether you search by bid ID or caller ID, the Winning Bid column contains Yes only if the bid turned into a call. If you see No in this column, no call is associated with the bid.

RTB Breakdown by Publisher
In this section, you can see RTB information for each publisher. You can set the filter to include data for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days. The table contains a row for each publisher in the report and includes the following columns:
- Count of Bids. This count includes bids that turned into a call (winning bids) as well as returned bids that did not win.
- Count of Winning Bids (the ones that turned into a call).
- Count of Rejected Bids.
- Count of Rate Limited bids.
- Avg Bid amount.
- Avg Winning Bid amount.
- Win Rate percentage.

RTB Rejection Breakdown
In this section, you see information about rejected RTB bids. You can set the filter to include data for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days. The table contains a row for each publisher that had a rejected bid during the time window you chose. The table contains a column for each rejection reason.
