The Search Bids functionality on the Reporting > Real Time Bidding screen lets you find:
- A single bid if you search by the bid ID.
- Zero or more bids if you search by the caller ID.
When you complete your search, you can expand the bids in the search results to see detailed information, such as the bid calculation, tags, eligible/ineligible targets, and more.
Important: Ringba maintains 30 days’ worth of RTB bid data for you to view and export.
The Real Time Bidding reporting tab, where you can search bids, is available only to admin users. This feature is included in all Ringba subscription plans: Business, Professional, and Enterprise.

Getting a Bid ID
Many times when you are researching a bid, you receive the bid ID from a publisher who is asking you to investigate. In that case, you already have a bid ID and can proceed to the next section.
Other times you might have your own reasons to want to investigate bids in your account. For example, you might want to understand why a bid was a specific amount or you might be researching an error. In this case, you have to first find the bid ID.
For bids that turn into calls, you can find the bid ID on the Reporting screen. Expand the call in the Call Details section of the Reporting screen and view the Tags tab to find the bid ID.
If the bid did not turn into a call, you can still find the bid ID. Navigate to Reporting > Real Time Bidding and use the Export Bids feature. The CSV file you export contains a row for each bid and many columns of information. See Exporting RTB Bids for a list of all the columns in the exported CSV file.
Getting a Caller ID
Just as with the bid ID, you might receive the value from a publisher who is asking for you to investigate. But if you don’t already have the caller ID in hand, finding the caller ID is easy.
On the Call Details report, Caller ID is one of the columns that appears on the report by default. Simply hover your mouse over the value and a menu appears. Click the copy icon to copy the caller ID to your clipboard so you can paste it into the search field.
Tip: If you don’t see the Caller ID field on the Call Details report, you can click Customize Columns to add it. Caller ID appears in the Call category.
