The Voicemail Node can be used to provide the caller with a way to leave a message. This can trigger a notification to the account administrator. The voicemail message will be recorded if the recording settings is on and can be listened in the reporting page like other regular calls.
- Node Name: A label that will be populated on top of the node with the selected name. This information will be available in the call reporting.
- Timeout (sec): The amount of time the Target has to answer before Ringba marks the call as a No Answer.
- Max length (sec): The maximum length of a recording in seconds.
- Finish on Key: Stop recording when the caller presses this key.
- Play beep: Play a beep before recording.
- Email notification: Send an email notification if the caller leaves a message
- Message: Play a message to the caller.
Adding a Play/Say message to the Voicemail node
Nodes with audio selection allow you to upload a file or enter text to be played. A play icon appears on the node allowing you to listen to the uploaded file. Playing back entered text is not an option at this time.
For the Play option:
- Plays: The number of times the recorded message is reproduced.
- File: The audio file that will be used (.mp3 or .wav). Files can be accessed from the Manage Media section under Call Flows.
For the Say option:
- Plays: The number of times the recorded message is reproduced.
- Voice: The type of voice that will be used.
- Language: The language of the text that will be converted to speech.
- Text: The message that you want to be converted into speech.
