The Router node gives you the ability to make decisions based on filters.
- Node Name: A label that will be populated on top of the node with the selected name. This information will be available in the call reporting.
Adding Routes
By choosing the next node, you will be selecting the next step after the filter verification. Inside the Router node, click on "+ ADD ROUTE" to add it.
Adding Filters
After choosing the next node, you can add a filter/condition in order to go to the next node. Example if you want to check for the caller state and depending on the state you can dial, or go to voicemail or either hangup the call. There are two ways to easily add the nodes and its filters:
Method 1) Adding the filter inside the router node
You need to click on the highlighted button to expand and to see the "+ filter" option
If you close the node, the selected filter will be automatically applied.
Method 2) Adding the filter using the filter button on the call flow main view
The indicated filter button already directs you to the exact section inside the Router node that you can add a filter.
