The Router node lets you make decisions based on filters.

- Node Name: Enter a label to appear at the top of the node on the canvas. This information is also helpful for identifying nodes in the Call Details Report.
Tip: Enter a descriptive name to help you differentiate this dial node from other router nodes when you are troubleshooting or reviewing the reporting later. - Routes: Define your routes. See Adding Routes later in this article.
Adding Routes
When you choose the next node, you selecting the next step after the filter verification. Inside the Router node, click + ADD ROUTE.

Once you have chosen the node, you can add a filter/condition in order to go to the next node. For example, you might want to check for the caller state, then depending on the state either dials, go to voicemail, or hangup the call.
There are two ways to easily add the routes and filters:
Method 1) Adding the filter inside the router node
Click the highlighted button to expand and to see the + filter option

If you close the node, the selected filter is automatically applied.
Method 2) Adding the filter using the filter button on the call flow main view
The indicated filter button already directs you to the exact section inside the Router node that you can add a filter.
