Ringba gives you the ability to control how duplicate calls are managed at the Target level.
To configure duplicate call settings for a Target, navigate to the Target page and scroll down to Restrict Duplicate Call Settings.
When restricting duplicate calls for buyers, there are three options you can select:
- Buyer Settings: The first one is to honor the same settings that are defined on the Buyer Settings page. By default all the targets are going to use the Buyer settings and right next this it will be in parenthesis which one is the setting that the buyer has, it can be Buyer Setting (Do Not Restrict), Buyer Setting (Individual Targets) or Buyer Setting (All Targets).
- Do Not Restrict: This means that this target is overriding the Buyer Settings and is not going to restrict duplicate calls.
- By Campaign - Individual Target: Once you select this third option, two other fields will be enabled: "Restrict After" and "Duration". This third option means that for this target the client will apply restrictions for dupe settings that can be converted or connected and the duration can be always or it can have a time limit to be chosen.
- Restrict After: If toggled, only previously converted and connected calls will be used for restricting duplicate calls.
- Duration: How long duplicate calls should be blocked after the last connected or converted call.
Note: You also have the ability to Restrict Duplicate Calls at the Buyer level. However, the setting you apply to at the Target level will override any settings at Buyer level.
