Offers are a convenient way to present a Campaign to your publishers. It is a public representation of the Campaign that lets publishers quickly decide if they want to send calls to a Campaign and determine whether their call traffic meets the conversion requirements.
How to Create an Offer
To create an Offer, open the Campaign where you want to add an offer. Click the Offer tab to open it and then and click the Create Offer button.
New Offer Section
Complete the information in the New Offer section:
- Display Name: Offer title for publishers.
- Description: Brief offer summary that is visible without opening detailed Offer view.
- Notes: Detailed information about the Offer that is only visible inside the detailed Offer view.
- Geo and Hours: Brief description of the offer geo and hours restrictions. If you change the value in this field later, your publishers will be notified.
- Category: Specifies the vertical and/or category of the calls accepted by this offer.
- Select Supported Languages: Choose which caller languages are accepted by this offer.
- Expiration Date: When set, the Offer will be paused at the specified date and stop accepting calls. Publishers will be immediately notified when the Offer expires.
- Offer Visibility: Configure who can view this Offer. Private Offers are invitation-only and won't be seen by other publishers. Account Offers can been seen by any of your registered publishers.
- Require Approval: Toggle on this switch to allow only publishers approved by you to be part of this offer.
Publisher Number Limits Section
Complete the information in the Publisher Number Limits section:
Important: The number creation settings here can let Publishers create numbers even if the number creation settings on the Publisher do not.
- Max Numbers Per Publisher: Maximum limit of how many unique publisher numbers a participating publisher can allocate for running calls to this particular Offer.
- Allow Toll-Free Numbers: Toggle on this switch to allow publishers to create Toll-Free numbers for this Offer.
- Allow DID Numbers: Toggle on this switch to allow publishers to create local DID numbers for this Offer.
Saving and Publishing an Offer
When you've finished creating your Offer, you can click Save as Draft or Save and Publish.
Managing Campaign Offers
To view or update an Offer, find the Campaign and navigate to the Offer tab.
- Edit: Edit the configuration settings for the Offer.
- Pause Offer: Pause the Offer and stop accepting calls from publishers. Publishers will be immediately notified.
- End Offer: End the Offer and remove it from the campaign. All related phone numbers will be terminated and publishers will be notified. Toggle the switch to keep numbers in the Offer for future use.
