Real Time Bidding (RTB) is a main feature of Ringba's Enterprise subscription package. The simplest way to cancel RTB is to downgrade your subscription package to Professional or Business.
Keep in mind that the Enterprise package contains other features besides RTB. Check Ringba's Platform Pricing page to see all the features included in each package before you make your decision.
If you decide to downgrade, contact Support through chat, by submitting a general request on the portal, or by sending an email to support@ringba.com.
If you decide to keep the other Enterprise package features, you can also stop using RTB by toggling off the Enabled switch on the Real Time Bidding tab of each of your campaigns. See Real Time Bidding Setup Guide for step-by-step instructions on enabling (and disabling) RTB in your campaign.
