How do I find my Ringba account ID?

You may need your Ringba account ID, sometimes called an "RA," when you are using the API or when you are working with Ringba support. For example, when you want RTB pass through enabled, you must provide your RA. Fortunately, your Ringba account ID is easily available from the application dashboard.

Use these steps to find and copy your Ringba account ID:

1. From the dashboard, click your profile in the top-right corner.
   
2. Click the clipboard icon next to your company name.
   Your system copies the account ID to your clipboard. You can now go to the location where you need to enter your account ID.
3. Place your cursor where you want to enter your RA and press CTRL-V to paste it. The account ID starts with "RA" followed by 32 random characters. It looks similar to the following:
