To protect your Ringba account's security and data integrity, you cannot change the email address associated with a user account. Instead, you can create a user account with the new email address and delete the previous account.
To create another Admin user, navigate to the Settings > Manage Users screen and click Invite User. For more detailed steps, or if you are trying to create a different kind of user, see Manage Invitations for Users. It contains a list of the available user types and links to step-by-step instructions to create each one. Remember, only Admin users can add and delete users from the account.
Once you have created your new user with the email address you want, you can log into that account and delete the outdated user from the Settings > Manage Users list screen. Just click the trash can icon on the right side of the row with the user you want to remove.
Note: You cannot delete the outdated user while you are logged in as that user. You must log in to the new account or another account to delete.
