You need an account balance with Ringba so the system can cover incremental costs of using the software. For example, the per-minute call fees, TCPA Shield requests, and transcribing call recordings are all incremental costs.
When your balance falls below the minimum you set in your billing settings, Ringba automatically charges your default credit card to "recharge" the balance and avoid a disruption in service. You can change your billing settings to deactivate automatic recharges, but you cannot withdraw any or all of this balance once it is in place.
The exception is if you are closing your Ringba account. In that case, Ringba will issue a refund for the amount of our account balance. See How do I cancel my account? for more information.
