It's rare, but sometimes calls do not end properly and continue to appear in your account as if the call were still in progress, or "live."
If this happens to you, it is easy to fix. Simply use the My Tickets button on the Ringba top toolbar to create a support ticket. Make sure to include the Inbound Call ID of the stuck call. We'll be happy to get the call closed and ensure that you aren't billed for it.
