No, you cannot import outside call data into Ringba. Ringba is very serious about the integrity of our call logging data and we do not change, delete, or add outside data.
If you need to unify data from separate business systems, you can export call logs from Ringba and combine the data with any other data you have in a platform outside of Ringba.
You can export a CSV of call details from the Call Details Report screen in the Ringba platform, or you can use the API to export call details. See the Call Logs page in the Ringba API documentation.
