The Ring Tree Target (RTT) Summary feature shows an overview of the data from your Ring Tree Targets for a period of time you select. You can use the information on this screen to understand the performance of your RTTs and identify common rejection reasons so you can troubleshoot them.
You must have Ring Trees enabled in your account to use this feature.

Ring Tree Target Summary
You navigate to the RTT Summary by clicking Ring Trees and then Summary in the left navigation panel.
The summary screen appears. At the top, you set the date range for the data in the summary. Choose the start and end date, then click Filter.
Note: Ringba began collecting RTT Summary information on October 11, 2023. You cannot include data from before that date in your summary.
The RTT Summary screen includes two tables:
- Ring Tree Target Pings
- Ring Tree Target Dispositions
Note: If you have many RTTs, each table has its own tool to move through pages. You can search each table or sort by columns on each table to help you find the data you're looking for.
Ring Tree Target Pings
The Ring Tree Target Pings table contains a list of all of your RTTs along with a count of how many total, winning, and rejected bids each RTT had during the selected time period.
The Ring Tree Target Pings table contains the following columns:
- Name: The name of the Ring Tree Target
- Bids: The total number of pings the RTT received during the time period
- Winning Bids: The number of pings to the RTT where the RTT was the winner
- Rejected Bids: The number of pings to the RTT that received a rejection as a response
Ring Tree Target Dispositions
This table lists each RTT and shows how many rejections occurred for each reason during the selected time period.
The Ring Tree Target Dispositions table contains the following columns:
- Name: The name of the Ring Tree Target that had the rejected bid
- Acceptance Rejection: The number of bids rejected during the Call Acceptance parsing step
- Min Revenue: The number of calls where the bid didn't meet the minimum revenue setting
- Missing Bid Amt: The number of RTT responses with no bid amount
- Invalid Phone Number: The number of RTT responses with an invalid phone number
- Duration Exceeded: The number of calls where the duration exceeded the maximum allowed
- Ping Timeout: The number of times the RTT response took longer than the maximum wait time you set in the Ping Timeout field in your Ring Tree or Ring Tree Target settings
- API Failed: The number of times the attempt to ping the RTT failed
- Confirmation Ping Timeout: The number of times the RTT confirmation request response took longer than the maximum wait time you set in the Confirmation Request Timeout field in your Ring Tree or Ring Tree Target.
- Confirmation Invalid Phone Number: The number of RTT confirmation request responses with an invalid phone number
Click a column in this table to see a list of three recent rows. In most cases, you see the three most recent call IDs, but in the case when an RTB passthrough didn't turn into a call, the bid ID appears instead.
Note: You may see the same call or bid more than once when the disposition occurs on the same call but different pings.
