Ringba communicates important account information with you and all admin users in your account via in-app messages and emails. These messages cover a variety of topics, from new users registering in your account to billings issues.

In-App Messages
Notification messages appear in-app when you click the Messages icon in the top toolbar.
You can choose to view only unread messages or you can click the All tab to view all messages. Click the envelope icon next to the Messages header to mark all messages as read.
Email Message
Email notifications go to the email you use to sign in to your Ringba account. The email notifications come from alerts@ringba.com
Important: Be careful about stopping too many messages, especially those related to subscription and billing. If your campaign runs short of funds and you stop all messages, you do not receive the warning messages before your numbers are paused.
To re-start messages, contact Support with the information about which message to enable.
Note: You may receive other kinds of emails from Ringba beyond email notifications, such as new feature announcements and invitations to special events. Stopping notification messages does not stop other kinds of emails.
