Notification Messages
The following sections contain the list of notification messages, divided into categories for easier reference.
Account Subscription and Billing
- Account Downgraded: Account renewal fees could not be charged to your account and after multiple attempts it has been downgraded to a free plan.
- Account Renewal Failed: Account fees could not be charged and the account renewal attempt has failed.
- Account Renewal Failed: Account fees could not be charged and the account renewal attempt has failed.
- Account Renewal Failed: Account fees could not be charged and the account renewal attempt has failed.

- Account Terminated: Account has been terminated.
- Account Unpaused: Your Ringba account has been successfully restored and numbers unpaused.

- Credit Card Charge Failed: The system has failed to charge a credit card.

Authentication
- Failed authentication connection request: Your auth connection request has failed.
- MFA Disabled: Notify account admin when a user requests to disable their MFA.
- MFA Enabled: Notify account admin when a user enables their MFA.
- MFA Setup: Notify the user needs to set up MFA at account creation.
Calls
- Call Adjustment Job Finished: Your requested Call Adjustment Job has finished.
- Calls Blocked - No Targets: Calls are being blocked due to a lack of targets that are able to accept them at the moment.
- Calls Blocked - Low Balance: Calls are being blocked due to a lack of funds in your account.
- Conversion Adjustment Approved: Request to adjust call conversion has been approved.
- New Conversion Adjustment Request: There is a new request to adjust call conversion.
- Conversion Adjustment Rejected: Request to adjust call conversion has been rejected.
Integrations
- Integration Error: Something Happened with one of your integrations that requires your attention.
Numbers
- Numbers Deallocated: A set of phone numbers have been deallocated automatically and are no longer in service.
- Numbers Not Renewed: One or multiple phone numbers could not be renewed and an attempt will be retried.
Offers/Campaigns

Payout Changed: Your payout on one of the campaigns has been changed by the administrator
Offer or campaign was archived: An offer or the campaign have been archived and is no longer available for participation. - Offer expiration reminder to Admins: Notify Admins that the offer will expire within 24 hours.
- Offer expiration reminder to Publishers: Notify Publishers that the offer will expire within 24 hours.
- Offer set to expire: Notify Publishers that the offer has been assigned the expiration date.
- Offer expired to Admins: Notify Admins that the offer has expired.
- Offer Invitation: Account admin has invited you to participate in the offer.
- Offer Participation Request Approved: Admin has approved publisher's request to participate in an offer.
- Offer Participation Request Declined: Admin has declined publisher's request to participate in an offer.
- New Offer Participation Request: Publisher has requested approval to participate in an offer.
- Offer paused: Offer has been paused and no longer routes calls.
- Publisher Joined an Offer: Publisher has joined one of your offers.
- Publisher Left an Offer: Publisher has left one of your offers.
- Offer re-enabled: Paused or Expired Offer has been re-enabled.
- Offer details updated: Offer has been changed by the administrator.

- New Buyer Registration: New buyer has registered though a public Buyer Registration Page.

- TCPA Shield Out Of Requests: Your account has surpassed the number of monthly requests on your TCPA Shield Plan; the next requests will charge your account for the overage amount.
