Occasionally, Facebook may invalidate platform access tokens. This guide shows you how to your token manually in the Ringba platform. If you receive an email like the one below you need to refresh your token. The name of the integration that needs this update you can find on the email that you received, like the example below.
Setup Guide
Step 1
Go to "Integrations > Platform" and select the integration that its token has to be refreshed by clicking on the button that was highlighted in the image below.
Step 2
You will see the FB authorization window, the same that appears when you create a new platform integration. After authorizing it you will have completed the required steps to refresh the token.
