Occasionally, Facebook invalidates platform access tokens. This guide shows you how to refresh your token manually in the Ringba platform. If you receive an email like the one below, you need to refresh your token.
You can find the name of the token you need to refresh in the email you received, like in the following example.
Use the following steps to refresh the token in Ringba:
- In Ringba, navigate to Integrations > Platform and find the integration whose token needs refreshing.
- Click the refresh icon in the Actions column for that integration.
The Facebook authorization window appears, just like when you create a new integration with Facebook. - Complete the fields in the window to authorize Ringba to interact with your Facebook account.
After you complete the authorization window, the refresh is complete and the integration should work. If you continue to have problems, contact Ringba Support via chat or support@ringba.com.
