With Ringba and Pipes, you can automatically turn your web leads into live inbound phone calls.

What is Pipes.ai?

Pipes.ai is an outbound lead engagement platform that uses artificial intelligence to turn web leads into live phone calls by automating and optimizing call center follow-ups.

Here's how the Ringba and Pipes integration works:

When a visitor becomes a lead, Pipes will automatically follow up and dial the lead.
After the caller decides to connect to a number, Pipes will transfer the call to a Ringba tracking number.
Go an extra step and pass your Pipes data over to the Ringba platform with a pre-transfer webhook to fully connect your outbound lead followups with your inbound call flows.

How to Integrate Ringba with Pipes

There are two ways to integrate Ringba with Pipes:

Method 1) Call Tracking

With the Call Tracking method, you can use a Ringba call tracking phone number and place it within any Pipes Call Destination.

To do this, login to your Pipes account, select Call Destinations and click Create. Call Destinations in Pipes are a phone number where leads will be dialed.

Next, enter the name of your Call Destination and for the Destination Phone Number, enter a Ringba tracking number.

Finish configuring the rest of your Call Destination settings and click on submit to save your Call Destination. Now when a lead becomes a call in Pipes, it will dial your Ringba tracking number.

Method 2) Data Transfer

With the Data Transfer method, any time Pipes transfers a call to a Ringba tracking number, the lead data can be sent as a pre-transfer webhook in Pipes.

Go to the Integrations section in Pipes and create a new Outbound Integration.

Enter a name like "Ringba" and under Type, select Pre-Transfer. For Method, choose HTTP POST. This means that Pipes will pass the lead data to Ringba right before transfering the call.

For the URL, go to the Ringba platform and navigate to the campaign you are using with the Ringba tracking number.

Click on the link icon next to the number to copy the Inbound Data Enrichment URL. This URL is used to post data from third-party software into the Ringba platform.

Go back to the Pipes dashboard and paste the Inbound Data Enrichment URL into the URL field.

Next, you can configure which data you want to pass into the Ringba platform by updating the Parameters. Select the data you want to pass and match the Ringba keys to Pipes values.

Click on submit to save your configuration and you've now successfully integrated Ringba with Pipes!
