TCPA Shield is available to admin users. This feature is included in all Ringba subscription plans, Business, Professional and Enterprise, but it must be enabled in your account. Contact your Account Manager to enable TCPA Shield.

Methods for Using TCPA Shield for Ringba
TCPA Shield for Ringba offers three different methods for protecting yourself from professional litigators across your calling tools. You can use TCPA Shield within Ringba or as a standalone tool:
- Enable TCPA Shield for all campaigns in your account to check every inbound caller ID. You can also enable or disable TCPA Shield on a campaign-by-campaign basis. See TCPA Shield in Campaigns.
- Within the Ringba user interface, you can upload files of numbers for to check each one and scrub offending numbers from the file. See TCPA Shield Bulk Number Check.
- Use the API to integrate TCPA Shield with your other system and block calls from unwanted numbers in real time. See TCPA Shield Real-Time API.

Where can I find information about TCPA Shield billing?
Navigate to TCPA Shield > Billing to see information about TCPA Shield billing, including:
- How many requests are included with your package
- How much each request costs once you've exhausted the number that are included
- How many requests you have used and how many remain for the billing period
You should regularly check your request usage, especially when using TCPA Shield with Real Time Bidding (RTB) campaigns, to prevent unexpected charges due to overages. When using TCPA Shield request with RTB campaigns, a check occurs for every publisher ping.
