Monthly net 15 starting out. There are custom payment term options for high intent sellers based on volume commitments.
How can we get paid from Ringba X?
Payments are sent out automatically based on your pay schedule.
What does the set up look like from both a tech stack and cost perspective?
Buying on Ringba X is free for buyers. Buyers only get charged for calls that go beyond their billable duration. Getting set up to buy on Ringba X is a streamlined process that doesn’t require technical expertise. In order for sellers to access the exchange, they need a professional plan or higher.

Using Ringba as a seller is simple, and we provide a plethora of education on how to make the most out of
it, set up campaigns, etc. Sellers are not charged any additional fees when selling calls into the exchange!
Is there a “premium payouts area” in Ringba X?
Sellers with high quality are given direct access to campaigns with premium payouts. These are not directly accessible; access is exclusive and based on performance.

Totally fair question and I get where it’s coming from. You’re not competing with Allstate or State Farm across the board. You’re competing where you choose to compete. That’s the advantage of a marketplace. Large carriers have scale, but they’re not optimized everywhere. They have rigid models and slower decision cycles, which creates gaps. That’s exactly where smaller, more agile buyers win.

There are many different ways to collect ZIP Code information (from a pub, from a Call Flow/IVR, from ICP, from a landing page, etc.) As long you have that information, you can pass it to Ringba X in the ping.

Remember, you don’t just call Ringba X, you ping Ringba X when you’d like to try and sell a call into the exchange.
You can pass all sorts of data in the ping. The Ringba X team and/or your Ringba rep can assist you with this.
