Ringba Support is a tool where you can check the status of your in-progress Support tickets. You can also navigate to the Ringba User Knowledge Base from here.
Ringba Support is available from the top toolbar in the Ringba application. To open Ringba Support from the application, click My Tickets or click this direct link.
Ringba Support opens in a new browser tab.
If you have support tickets in progress, click the My requests tab to see them. From here you can select a ticket to open or use the search field to find the ticket you want.
If you'd like to search the knowledge base, click the word Ringba in the bottom left corner.
