Ringba's white-label theme editor lets you control the look and feel of your partners' experience when they sign in to your Ringba account. You can use this tool to create a custom-branded portal to completely immerse clients in your brand. While editing your theme, you can preview changes throughout the entire platform in real-time.
Prerequisites
You must set up a friendly URL or custom domain to use your white-label theme. The design you create through this editor appears to users who log in through your friendly URL or custom domain.
If you haven't already set up one of these options, see one of these articles:
- White Label Friendly URL - A simple way to get your corporate name into your sign-in URL
- White Label Custom Domain - A more involved approach to customize the entire sign-in URL
Using the White-Label Theme Editor
You configure your white-label theme on the Settings > White Label Settings screen. Click the Launch Theme Editor button to access the theme editor tools.
A panel of tools appears at the bottom of the screen:
Click each button to open another panel where you can change the colors and labels on the indicated parts of the user interface.
While the theme editor is open, you can navigate your Ringba account to see how your settings affect the user experience. Some of the panels include links to preview external pages. For example, from the External Pages panel, you can preview the login, join invitation, and forgot password pages in a new browser tab.
To save your progress without activating the experience for your partners, click Save. Click Save and Publish to activate the theme you designed on your white-labeled portal.
Note: Your custom theme is not used in your admin account (when you sign in via the app.ringba.com subdomain). It only appears when accessing your white-labelled portal via the friendly URL or custom domain.

You can minimize the theme editor panel while navigating the application by clicking Minimize (the down arrow icon).
Tip: The dashboard, reporting screen, and call flow canvas are great places to see your white-label theme in action!
Save and Publish White-Label Theme
When you are satisfied with your white-label theme options, you can push it live by clicking Save and Publish. This updates and activates the design when partners sign in using the friendly URL or custom domain.
Important: The white-label portal may take up to 30 minutes to reflect your changes. You may not be able to publish any more changes until the update is complete.
Once complete, you can view the theme in action by logging in via your friendly URL or custom domain.
