These are the answers to the questions asked during the Q&A portion of the Dig Deeper - See What's Working (and What Isn't) webinar on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Ringba's Reporting tools provide you immediate access to critical information about your calls, enabling you to make data-driven decision and optimize your call flows.
Ringba's Insights panel gives you a complete overview of your performance metrics and call analytics data. You can use Insights to see detailed call information broken down by campaign, publisher, target, and many other dimensions.
For both Reporting and Insights, you can use the default view or customize and save your custom views so you and your coworkers can use them later.
This article contains the following questions:

- Can I remove calls from my reporting?
- The filter options at the top of the reporting page, are those my only options to filter?
- I love the ability to save my own reports so I can access them easier in the future. Is that same feature available in the Insights area?

Who would we contact as a new Ringba user to learn and train?
We have several resources available to help new Ringba users get up and running:
- New users should start with the Onboarding Launch Kit.
- Our YouTube channel includes videos and walkthroughs covering various Ringba features and workflows.
- You can find lots of information about Ringba features, solutions, integrations, and FAQs throughout this knowledge base. Try typing the name of a feature you're interested in into the search bar above to see what's available.
If you have questions that aren’t covered in these resources, you can also reach out to our support team by clicking the Support icon at the top-right of your Ringba screen to start a chat.
Where do we find past Webinars?
You can find a list of the past webinars in this series on the Ringba Live Webinars page.
Can I filter the reporting view by the hour and not just entire days?
Absolutely! If you select the Custom Range option, you can pick not only your exact date or dates, but also specific hours, minutes, and even seconds.
Will the campaign name change automatically for older calls? (i.e., if you rename a campaign, how does it affect reporting?)
If you change a campaign name (or even a target or publisher name), the new name appears in Reporting only for calls that come in after you make the name change.
However, we provide IDs for campaigns, publishers, and targets, and even if you change the name, the ID doesn’t change. So if you want the full picture, you can always filter the data using the ID.
Can I remove calls from my reporting?
No. Ringba Reporting is a single source of truth that all parties depend on to show exact, true data. Because of this, we don’t allow clients to remove or manipulate Reporting data.
The filter options at the top of the reporting page, are those my only options to filter?
No, if you’re referring to the pre-configured filter buttons at the top of the Reporting page, those are not your only options. We show these 9 buttons because they are the most-utilized filters, so offering pre-configured buttons makes filtering for one of these options even easier and faster.
However, there is also a blue + Filter button next to those buttons. Click that to define your own filters. The filtering options are incredibly robust; you can filter for just about anything!
I love the ability to save my own reports so I can access them easier in the future. Is that same feature available in the Insights area?
It sure is. In both Reporting and Insights you can create a custom configuration, save it under a name you choose, and pin it to the menu so you can access it in the future with a single click.
This option is especially helpful when you’re diving in really deep — using several filters or levels. The more complex the lookup, the more time you can get back by saving the report for future use. You can keep your saved configurations to yourself or share them with other users in your account.
Can I add notes to certain calls?
Yes, you can use annotations to add notes to calls. You do this on the Call Details report on the Reporting screen by selecting the call or calls where you want to add your note and clicking Annotate from the Edit Calls menu. You can use this approach for up to 10 calls at a time.
What's the difference between inbound call ID and caller ID?
The Caller ID is the phone number the lead is calling from. The Inbound Call ID is a unique identifier Ringba assigns to every call in your account. So, if the same person calls multiple times from the same number, each call has the same Caller ID but different Inbound Call IDs.
