Ringba's White Label Theme Editor is used to create a custom branded portal to completely immerse clients in your brand. While editing your Theme, you can preview changes throughout the entire platform in real-time.

How to Use the White Label Theme Editor

To edit your theme, click Launch Theme Editor inside White Label Settings.

With the Theme Editor opened, the White Label theme can be updated and customized. Select the options you’d like to change and use the color picker to update the portal to your preferences.

Save your current configuration by clicking Save, or click Save and Publish to activate your Theme on the White Label Portal.

Note: Your Custom Theme will not be used in your Admin account (via the "app.ringba.com" subdomain). It will only be used when accessing your White Label Portal at the Friendly Name URL or using a Custom Domain.

Theme Editor Options

The White Label Theme Editors provides everything you need to fully customize your Theme.

  • Theme Toggle: Switch between the Light and Dark versions of the Portal Theme.
  • General: Customize the General settings for the Portal Theme.
  • Header: Customize the top Header for the Portal Theme.
  • Sidebar: Customize the Sidebar for the Portal Theme.
  • Widget Panel: Customize the Widget Panel for the Portal Theme.
  • External Pages: Customize External Pages like Login, Join Invite and Forgot Password.
  • Reset Password: Customize the Reset Password page.
  • Upload Logo: Add your logo. Dimensions should be less than 350px x 350px with max file size of 80kb.
  • Save: Save your current Portal Theme options.
  • Save and Publish: Save your current Portal Theme options and publish them to your Portal.
  • Reset: Reset the Portal Theme to your Last Saved options or back to the default Ringba Theme.
  • Close: Exit the Theme Editor.

Live Preview White Label Theme

To preview your White Label Theme in real-time, simply navigate to any section to see how your theme looks on different parts of the portal.

The Theme Editor can also be minimized during Live Preview by clicking Minimize (the down arrow icon).

The Dashboard, Reporting interface and IVR builder are great places to see your White Label theme in action.

Save and Publish White Label Theme

When you are satisfied with your White Label Theme options, you can push it live by clicking Save and Publish. This will update and activate the design on the White Label Portal at the Friendly Name URL or using a Custom Domain.

The changes may take up to 30 minutes to reflect on the White Label Portal. While the site is being updated, you may not be able to publish any more changes until the update.

Once complete, you can view the Theme in action by logging in via the White Label Portal URL.
