A Custom Domain provides a dedicated domain name for your clients to access your account under your own brand. With a custom domain, Publishers and Buyers can log in to your portal from a custom URL.
Learn more: Check out our White Label Setup Guide for a detailed look at how to configure a friendly name and connect your custom domain.
Prerequisites
In order to configure a custom domain, you must have already secured the domain or subdomain you want to use and have access to its CNAME records. See the CNAME Documentation for Top Domain Name Providers section at the end of this article for links to documentation on how to secure a domain and access the CNAME records.
How to Set up a Custom Domain
The process to set up a custom domain has four parts:
- Submit your CNAME
You complete this step inside your Ringba account. Click Settings > White Label Settings. Enter your CNAME under the CNAME Setup heading and save it. - Review and Verify
Ringba automatically reviews your request and verifies your ownership of the domain. - Provision HTTPS Certificate
Ringba issues an HTTPS certificate and configures it on your CDN. - Configure DNS
Ringba points the CNAME to the CDN in your DNS and verify the white label portal is up and running.
Throughout the configuration process, you will receive status updates via in-app messages and email notifications.
