The Calls Report groups and aggregates statistical information into easy to read totals and summary formatting. This report is useful for drilling deeper into the causes of conversions and which segments of users are the most profitable for your business.
The Calls report is default sorted by the number of incoming calls and to provide a general overview of relevant information pertaining to the calls in the Report. It includes the most popular filters, and a drop down menu for selecting Reporting Tags.
On top of the table there are grouping options that become highlighted in blue when active. The default grouping is by campaign, but can be changed by simply clicking the other options.
Grouping Options
- Campaign: Groups table by campaigns
- Publisher: Groups table by publisher
- Pool: Groups table by number pool
- Dialed #: Groups table by inbound user dialed phone number
- Duplicate: Groups table by duplicate calls
- Target Name: Groups table by targe
- Date: Groups table by date
- Tag: Groups table by tag

Export a Calls Report
To export and download a copy of your call statistics, adjust your filters and click the Export CSV buttons in the upper right of the panel.
