Number Blocking allows you to specify numbers you do not want to receive calls from. When a number has been blocked, Ringba will automatically terminate any inbound calls from the number when they attempt to connect to a number in your account or connected to a campaign.

Managing Blocked Numbers
To update, configure and manage your blocked numbers, navigate to "Manage Blocked Numbers" under 'Numbers' from the main menu.

Blocked Numbers is separated into two sections, Individual Blocked Numbers and Bulk Blocked Numbers.

Blocking Individual Numbers
To block an individual number:

Navigate to the "Individual Blocked Numbers" tab and click the "Block a Number" button.
Configure the individual blocked number settings.
Click "Block Number" to save your options and block callers that meet your criteria.

You can also block individual numbers in the "Call Details" section in 'Reporting' under the Actions panel.

Blocking Numbers in Bulk
To block numbers in bulk:

Navigate to the "Bulk Blocked Numbers" tab and upload a CSV or TXT file with a list of numbers in E.164 format.
Configure the Block Type and select if you want to block the numbers at the account-level or the campaign-level.
Use the Number Validator to verify your numbers were uploaded in the correct format and click the "Bulk Block Numbers" button.

How to Manage Bulk Blocked Numbers
Use the search box to verify the status of a number, and if necessary, remove it from the bulk blocked list. Please note, numbers that we blocked in Bulk will not appear in the "Individual Blocked Numbers" tab.
